Questions about our cleaning service?
Here are some of the most common questions we're asked about our flexible cleaning service.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We don't ask our customers to sign long-term cleaning contracts. You're free to continue using our service because you're happy with it—not because you're tied in.
Can I cancel my regular cleaning service?
Yes. If you decide to stop your regular cleaning, simply let us know. We'll make the process straightforward and hassle-free.
Can I pause my cleaning visits?
Absolutely. If you’re going away or simply need to take a break from your regular cleaning service, just let us know. We’ll pause your visits and arrange to restart them when you’re ready, subject to availability.
Can I change how often you visit?
Yes. You can increase or reduce the frequency of your cleaning visits whenever your requirements change, subject to availability.
Is there a minimum term?
No. We don't believe in minimum contract periods. We simply ask for reasonable notice if you'd like to cancel or amend your service.
